I make a fresh kale salad & use this to ‘massage’ the chopped kale; then add Olivelle Frontoia oil, grated parm, s&p. People want seconds and ask for the recipe! My initial bottle of Meyer Lemon Balsamic was 100ml bottle; now I buy the 500ml so I don’t run out.

Best salad dressing ever

We no longer buy premade salad dressings after using the Meyer lemon balsamic. With regular olive oil it makes a dressing suitable for numerous salad mixes including kale. We could buy this by the gallon!
