How Subscriptions work:
Subscriptions are hassle-free and renew automatically based on your chosen delivery schedule. For example, if you opt for a monthly subscription, your card will be charged each month, and your favorite products will arrive at your doorstep like clockwork—no need to lift a finger (or place another order)!
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Absolutely! You’re in control of your subscription—you can pause or cancel it anytime through the customer portal (screenshot below for reference). The only exception is if you’ve signed up for a subscription with a minimum payment requirement then you must receive all of the shipments prior to cancelling.
To access the customer portal, just use the magic link emailed to you when you first subscribed. Prefer a different route? No problem—you can also manage your subscriptions by logging into your account in our shop and clicking the person icon in the top right corner, then "Profile", then the "Subscriptions" button halfway down the page. From here you can make any changes or additions as needed. Easy peasy!
Can I skip or reschedule a charge?
After you have reached the minimum number of shipments tied to your discount, you can easily skip you charge or reschedule a charge right from the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery has a handy ‘Skip Payment’ button next to it—just click to skip! Need to adjust the timing? Hit the ‘Reschedule’ button by the delivery date to pick a new schedule that works for you. Simple and flexible!"

What happens if my card is expired or doesn't process?
If we can’t renew your subscription because a payment didn’t go through, no worries! We’ll send you an email with a secure link to update your payment details. Our system will automatially try your card again for 3 consecutive days.
How do I get started?
Simply visit your favorite products online and choose your subscription. If you want to add items you can do that from the individual product pages or your profile page.
