SHIPPING & BILLING

When can I expect my order?

We ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them for validated street addresses. Your tasty treats will be on their way before you know it!

How do you ship?

We use USPS or UPS ground, depending on the best rate for you. If you’re in a place that doesn’t accept deliveries from either, just let us know in the order notes or contact us at hello@olivelle.com or call 406-587-4246.

My billing address is incorrect! Can I change it?

Unfortunately, we can’t change the billing address once your order’s placed (for security reasons). If your order’s already processed, no worries! It’ll still ship out as usual. But if you want to update it, we’ll need to cancel and re-enter the order.

My shipping address is incorrect! Can I change it?

We’ll do our best to help! Since we pack orders quickly, we can’t guarantee changes if the order’s already in progress. Contact us ASAP at hello@olivelle.com or call 406-587-4246 for a better chance to make corrections.

Can I adjust my order after placing it?

We try to get your orders out the door as fast as possible, but if you need changes, contact us right away at hello@olivelle.com or call 406-587-4246. We can’t guarantee any changes once it’s been packed, but we’ll try!

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yep, we do! Just know that PO Boxes may take a little longer since they need to go through USPS. We’ll email you once it ships!

My order is incorrect or damaged—what should I do?

Oops! If something’s wrong or your order arrived damaged, let us know right away at hello@olivelle.com or call 406-587-4246. We’ll fix it ASAP!

How do I add a gift note to an order?

After adding items to your cart, look for the “Order Notes” section. That’s where you can add a sweet gift message! Don’t worry—we’ll get it, but it won’t show up in your confirmation email.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer flat-rate shipping for $12.95, but if you spend $125 or more, shipping is on us! Free shipping is valid for continental U.S. and standard shipping only.

Can I send the same gift to multiple people?

Unfortunately, we can’t ship one order to multiple addresses. Each address needs a separate order, but hey—more gifts to go around!

I paid for expedited shipping, where’s my package?

Expedited shipping gets your order to you faster, but it doesn’t include the 1-2 day processing time at our facility. So, while it’s on the way quicker, there may still be a slight delay before it gets into the mail carrier’s hands.


LOYALTY ACCOUNT AND REWARDS

Do you have a rewards program?

Yes, we do! You can earn points for every dollar spent and redeem them for discounts on your future orders. Yay for saving while shopping!

How do I set up an account?

Head to the rewards center on the bottom right of your screen (desktop or mobile). Click "Get Rewards," sign up with your email and password, and you’ll start earning points right away!

How can I earn rewards?

Here’s how you rack up points:

  • 25 points for signing up

  • 1 point for every $1 spent

  • 100 points for your birthday

  • 25 points for sharing Olivelle on Facebook

  • 50 points for following us on Instagram!

How many points do I need to earn a reward?

  • 100 points = $5 off

  • 250 points = $15 off

  • 500 points = $50 off

How do I redeem my points?

Go to the rewards center and click “Ways to Redeem.” Once you hit the required points, just click the green “Redeem” button, apply the code at checkout, and voilà! Instant savings!

Do I have to use a reward right away?

Nope! You can save your rewards for later. They’ll be listed under “Your rewards” and ready to apply whenever you need them!

The "Apply Code" button isn't working! What now?

Try switching browsers or simply copy and paste the code at checkout in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" box.

Can I use more than one reward at a time?

Sorry, only one reward can be used per order. But hey, that just means you get to come back and treat yourself again!

Can I use a reward with a gift card?

Yes, you can use a gift card and a reward together! Double the fun!

Do my points or rewards ever expire?

Nope! Your points and rewards never expire. Take your time!


OIL & VINEGAR

How long does oil and vinegar last?

Olive oil lasts 12-18 months after it’s poured, but we recommend using it while it’s fresh for the best flavor! Balsamic vinegar lasts longer, but we suggest using infused balsamics within 12-18 months for the best taste!

Why is your oil sold in dark bottles?

While dark bottles can help protect oil from sunlight, it’s the way you store your oil that matters. A cool, dark spot is key. And hey, we love how our clear bottles let you see that beautiful olive oil!

How should I store my oil and vinegar?

Store them in a cool, dark place (like a kitchen cabinet), away from heat and sunlight. No need to refrigerate—unless you’re keeping it in the fridge for quick use!

My oil is darker/cloudy—what’s going on?

No worries! That’s actually a good sign! The cloudiness comes from extra sediment left from the olive pressing process, and it means your oil is packed with even more of the healthy, good-for-you stuff. It’s still delicious and full of flavor—just give it a shake! Our employees and their families love getting their hands on the good stuff!

Can I return my glass bottle?

Shipping glass back to our facility can get pricey, so we don’t have a return program. But you can exchange your glass with one of our On-Tap partners! Find a location near you HERE

Are your oils gluten-free/dairy-free/vegan/etc.?

Most of our balsamics are free of the 8 most common allergens, except our Black Garlic Tamari Soy Balsamic, which contains gluten-free tamari (soy sauce) but is not soy-free.

Why are your balsamic vinegars so thick? Is there added sugar?

The thickness comes from the high concentration of grape must (cooked grape juice), which adds sweetness naturally. No added sugar—just pure, thick, Italian goodness!

How long are your balsamic vinegars aged?

Aging varies, but our Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar can be aged up to 10 years, while our Dark Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is aged for a minimum of 3 months.


SALTS, SPICES, HERBS, ECT.

Why is my infused sea salt clumping/hard?

Sea salt can clump when exposed to humidity. Don’t worry, just break it up with a spoon! Keep it tightly sealed to prevent clumping in the future.

I have a salt/spice sampler and one of the pod lids is stuck—help!

What allergens are in your facility?

Where is Olivelle located?

We’re based in Bozeman, MT! Our flagship store and production facility are right here, and we’re proud to be a locally-owned small business.

What are your business hours?

Our warehouse hours are Monday-Thursday, 8 am-4 pm (MST), and Friday, 8 am-Noon (MST). That’s when we’re packing and shipping your orders!

Can I only buy Olivelle in Bozeman, MT?

Nope! Olivelle products are available at over 100 On-Tap stores nationwide and one international location in both Norway and Canada. Check our store locator to find one near you!

Is Olivelle a franchise?

Nope! We’re not a franchise. Our On-Tap stores are independently owned, and we simply provide them with the Olivelle experience and products.
