Ingredients

1 Large Chicken Breast

2 tsp Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt

1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp Sicilian Lemon Infused Olive Oil, divided

3 Cloves Garlic, minced

¼ cup Chicken Broth
-
1 Tbsp Wild Garlic Dried Herb Blend
-
½ cup Half & Half
-
1 Tbsp Barrel Aged Dark Balsamic

1 Lemon, zested and cut into rounds

2 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
Directions
Butterfly chicken breast and season chicken with 2 tsp Black Garlic Sea Salt. Let sit 15-30 minutes before cooking.
Heat a skillet to medium heat. Add 1 Tbsp Sicilian Lemon Infused Olive Oil to the pan, once shimmering add chicken and cook until golden, about 4 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for another 4 minutes on the other side.
Remove the chicken and wipe out the oil in the pan. Heat remaining 1 tsp Sicilian Lemon Infused Olive Oil over medium heat in the same skillet. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add chicken broth, Wild Garlic, half and half, Barrel Aged Dark Balsamic, 4 lemon rounds and stir to combine.
Return chicken to pan and let simmer, until the sauce thickens slightly and the chicken is done cooking, about 4-5 minutes.
Remove lemon rounds and plate chicken with sauce. Top with lemon zest and parsley. Enjoy!
