Wow! I was surprised as to just how much lime flavor was in this salt. I kept tasting it separately as I cooked. It is delicious!

Received a variety pack of Olivelle salts from a dear friend. Liked them all, but *loved* the olive-infused salt. Too many uses to list here, but I'll post this one, my Margarita recipe: Pour an ample amount of your favorite sipping Tequila into a glass; add a pinch of Olivelle Lime Fresco Infused Sea Salt; Swirl.
