Perfect Pairing - Sicilian Lemon Olive Oil & Vine-Ripened Raspberry Balsamic

I live in Ohio, my sister lives in Montana. She sent me some Grapefruit balsamic vinegar as a gift several years ago and I have been buying balsamic vinegar from Olivelle ever since.

This combination is perfect over greens(butter lettuce is favorite), add in an apple, pecans or walnuts, dried cranberries, fresh raspberries, asiago cheese(sliced or grated)! Slice up a chicken breast to top off the meal! Yum!
