Brown Butter Infused Olive Oil

I was gifted a small bottle of this marvelous olive oil and immediately fell in love with it! It adds such wonderful flavor to my baked goods and I love it in my basic pancake and waffle recipe. I really don’t want to be without it! I just ordered the largest bottle so I won’t ever have that concern!

I ordered the brown butter olive oil, because I consistently use the sweet butter olive oil, and I was hoping that the brown butter would be just as good. Unfortunately, it has a strange taste to me and maybe it’s the browning I’m not sure, but it doesn’t really do it for me and I don’t use it and have stopped ordering it.

I put the brown butter oil in my coffee and whip it to froth. So good. Next time I have to get a bigger bottle
