1 Wheel of Brie

3 Tbsp French Toast Sugar Shaker

Barrel Aged Dark Thick Sweet Balsamic, for finishing

Crackers or bread for serving
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut rind off the top of Brie wheel and place in Brie Baker.
Sprinkle with French Toast Sugar Shaker.
Bake for 7 – 10 minutes until gooey and melted.
Finish with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and serve with crackers or bread.
Recipe Note
If you do not own a Brie Baker, place the brie on a small cookie sheet or cake pan before baking.
This Brie would also be delicious topped with Vine-Ripened Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar or Crisp Anjou Pear Balsamic Vinegar.
