Olive Oil Cake

I made the Olive Oil cake using the Vanilla Maple olive oil, the Meyer Lemon balsamic vinegar and the vanilla bean Sea Salt. It was very good. It makes a small moist cake .

great for baked goods

This oil is wonderful for baked goods- I use it all the time with banana bread, pancakes, waffles. Even if it is not in the baked good, I use it to grease the baking pan to give a soft vanilla and maple hint to the taste.
