It’s worth trying.

I first saw this on the KYD YouTube channel. I have since tried a few different items but constantly come back to this. It has so many practical uses. So many things that it works well with it’s worth every penny and a big bottle will last me for a good amount of time.

Replaced regular butter!

We use this on all things that we used to use butter on. Baked potatoes, popcorn, anything toasted! Baking! So much healthier! Add a bit of salt and you have the taste of butter. Love it!

Oh this is sooo good!

This has a nice butter flavor without the extra calories of butter, if you are a Weight Watcher like me, 1 Tablespoon is 4 points compared to 6 from butter ( plus you are getting the heart healthy oil from the olive oil)
