A life changing experience

I tried infused olive oil for the first time in Seattle-my wife and I were walking in Pikes place market when we ran up on a store making and selling infused olive oil. We stopped in and tried there wonderful flavors
this was the first time that we had
tasted infused olive oil, this was 15 years ago. The store moved and we lost contact with the owner.About Three years ago we found a recipe for a a blood orange pound cake and we needed blood orange infused olive oil, so we went online to search and we found olivelle. We have been using there infused olive every sense and we love all of there oils ,our life has transcend to a more healthier diet because of the discovery. Recently I was telling my mother how good the blood orange pound cake was and she had never heard of infused olive oil, she use regular olive oil in all of her cooking, we are sure that her life will be more healthier also when we send her a batch. I love to cook and using Olivelle infused oils and vinegars has made my culinary experience rise to a new level.

delicious salad dressing!

I mixed the two together and used on a salad that consisted of butter lettuce, mandarin oranges,green onions, sliced pears, gorgonzola cheese and candied pecans.Delish!
