Great for layering

This curry oil is that mild warm base note that plays an important supporting role when layering flavors. Not a punch of flavor alone, but you do notice if it is missing.
I drizzled this Curry oil with some Ginger White Barrel Aged Balsamic vinegar over a kale and chick pea salad. Stirred in craisins and almond slivers. Then dusted with their Masala Seasoning and Cumin infused Sea Salt.
So good!
