My go to olive oil

this is a wonderful olive oil1

A very good light olive oil-- not "oily thickness," a mild aftertaste. Not "grassy".

with many foods directly and in cooking (not high heat)

Andalucian. Olive Oil

I've been enjoying this olive oil for some years now....And I use it in many ways. Olive oil as we all know is very healthy and can, of course, be delicious.

This one has a "light" oil feeling and mild early taste, not "grassy" as some describe a more robust flavor, but evolves into a delicate, mild spicy finish, not an overwhelmingly (for my taste, obviously) or obtrusive spicy finish. Just a very well-balanced and very pleasant olive oil on the lighter side... Please do find another trusted source for that regions's production. IMHO, Andalusian olive oil is the best.

I trust your approach and judgement in locating that. And I appreciate your unfailing courtesy and professionalism.

Thank you,

..for my tastes, it's excellent.

I use it on panini-toasted multi-grain bread as a spread, then add avocado. And I use it in other dishes. I probably use one 750 liter bottle every 3 weeks or so.
