Ingredients

1 wheel Brie

1 cup Strawberries, diced

1 cup Peaches, diced

2 Tbsp Basil Leaves, chiffonade

1 Tbsp Mint Leaves, chiffonade

2 tsp French Toast Sugar Shaker

1 Tbsp Summer Peach White Barrel Aged Balsamic, plus more to top Brie

2 Tbsp Basil Genovese Infused Olive Oil, divided

Pita Chips, Bread, or Crackers, for serving
Directions
In a medium bowl combine strawberries, peaches, basil, mint, French Toast Sugar Shaker, 1 Tbsp Summer Peach White Barrel Aged Balsamic, and 1 Tbsp Basil Genovese Infused Olive Oil. Set aside.
Heat grill to 350F. Brush Brie with remaining 1 Tbsp of Basil Genovese Infused Olive Oil. Grill brie for about 3 to 5 minutes per side, until you have nice grill marks and the brie becomes melted.
Add brie to a plate and top with the peach salsa. Drizzle with more peach balsamic.
Serve with pita chips, bread, or crackers, and enjoy!
