Avocado obsessed! Crispy bread topped with avocado hummus, sliced avocado, fresh tomatoes, sea salt and a drizzle of our Kalamata Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil, these tartines are sure to win you over every time.
Ingredients

1 Loaf Artisan Bread, sliced thick

Kalamata Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Avocado Hummus or Avocado, smashed

2 Avocados, sliced

Cherry Tomatoes, quartered

Cumin Spice Sea Salt, to taste

1 Lemon, zested
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Drizzle the slices of bread with Kalamata Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil and bake until golden, about 10 minutes.
Spread the smashed avocado or avocado hummus across the toasted bread. Top with sliced avocado, tomatoes, a sprinkle of sea salt, and lemon zest. Cut each tartine into triangles and drizzle with more Greek EVOO. Enjoy!
