Ingredients

2 Cucumbers, sliced

½ cup Prosecco White Wine Vinegar

2 Tbsp Sugar

2 tsp Mediterranean Rosemary Rub & Seasoning

1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper

¾ tsp Lime Fresco Sea Salt

2 Tbsp Shallot, chopped
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine the cucumbers, vinegar, sugar, rub, pepper, salt, and chopped shallot. Toss, cover and chill for 4 hours.
