Grind or brine with Olivelle’s Butcher’s Blend Essentials. This seasoning salt combines coarse cut salt and peppercorns with aromatic garlic and herbs to provide an essential seasoning for any cook. Leave course and generously season meat and veggies or dissolve with water to create a brine. Add to a grinder to intensify the pungent flavors of pepper and garlic and delicate herbs to season eggs, salads, veggies, potatoes, or pasta.
How to Use:
- Generously rub beef, poultry, pork, or fish.
- Freshly grind to season or finish veggies, pasta, potatoes, and eggs.
- Create a brine for meats and veggies.

Butcher’s Spice Blend is a perfect combination of all the flavorings I typically add to meats and vegetables. I enjoy the convenience of being able to reach for a single product to add lots of flavor and dimension to any dish.
I liked the taste of the blend, but will have to use smaller portions due to the sodium content.
Love this product. I use it on all of my meats, chicken, beef and pork. I put in my Chili soup. Roasted potatoes. Everything!
I have used Butchers Blend in all types of dishes. Makes an excellent hamburger and I have used it pork roast! Added it to potato dished! Just an all around great seasoning!! My Granddaughter is hooked also!
My daughter gave me as a gift since I need to control my salt intake. I have used this spice only on my tofu, and it is so delicious. I just googled so I cam purchase for myself.
