This early harvest, estate-bottled, Leccio del Corno is pressed exclusively in the foothills of Tuscany, Italy by the third generation Salvadori family. After visiting the estate last October, we experienced the pressing and harvesting of the olives first hand. We knew this was going to be a winner! This is a peppery oil, slightly citrusy with hints of bergamot, yellow flowers, tomato and green pepper.
